Terms and Conditions: Tariffs - Payable on arrival - Apartments allocated can change to a similar apartment due to  various reasons, but we will endeavor to keep the same apartments as allocated.
No Refunds: For late arrivals or early departure
Cancellation Confirmed Bookings: Must be made 1 (one) full month prior to arrival, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and  you will be responsible for full payment of account due.
Special Tariff: Pensioners/Groups; - Winter Months - on application
Apartments Serviced Daily: Except Sundays and certain Holidays. Beds are made, dished are not washed.
Pets - Not allowed.
Tariff Includes: Self Catering, Colour TV - Bring own decoder or D990 compatible card, Refrigerator / Deep Freeze, Two Plate Stove,  Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery, Kitchen Utensils, Safe, Clothes Horse,  Bedding (laundered weekly), Laundry facilities and communal Braai.
Not Supplied: Dish Cloth, Table Cloths
Parking: Undercover parking for ONE vehicle only.Extra Parking: On request and if available
Safety Walls, Electronic Gates and Night Security.
